German football portal Transfermarkt has updated the market values of English Premier League (EPL) players.
According to new data, the transfer value of 22-year-old Uzbek defender Abdukodir Khusanov increased by €15 million to €50 million.
This makes him the most expensive footballer in Asia, surpassing Japanese players Kaishu Sano (€40 million) and Takefusa Kubo (€30 million).

Additionally, the Uzbek defender is the most expensive footballer among players from former Soviet Union countries in the EPL. Second place is held by Ukrainian Yehor Yarmoliuk, valued at €32 million.
Recall that before the latest update, Khusanov's market value was €35 million.
