On June 6, during the daytime, a Yutong electric bus operating on route No. 45 (Food City — Qushbegi) in Tashkent struck a 35-year-old woman while reversing at the final stop near the Qo‘yliq market in the Bektemir district.

The woman died at the scene from her injuries. After the information spread on social media, the company Toshshahartransxizmat confirmed the incident.

According to the company, the driver is 32 years old with a total work experience of 7 years. An investigation into the causes of the accident is currently underway.
