According to the National Statistics Committee, as of May 1, Uzbekistan hosts 19,500 enterprises with foreign investment. The largest share is in trade, with nearly 7,000 companies.

Industry accounts for 3,900 such firms, construction for 1,600, and information and communication for 1,500.

The accommodation and food services segment includes 860 companies, transport and storage 602, and agriculture, forestry, and fishing 508.

Healthcare and social services have 227 foreign-invested enterprises. Another 3,300 are distributed across other economic activities.

As of March 1, 2026, Uzbekistan officially had 641 foreign-capital enterprises in accommodation and food services.
