Uzbekistan, Tashkent – Podrobno.uz. About 3,100 foreign guests from 99 countries are expected at the fifth Tashkent International Investment Forum.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev was briefed on the forum's preparations. The event will take place from June 16 to 18.

A total of more than 8,000 people will participate in the forum. Among the invitees are representatives of governments, international financial institutions, large companies, investment funds, and business circles. For comparison, the first forum in 2022 gathered over 1,000 foreign guests from 56 countries.

The forum will include a plenary session, bilateral meetings, presentations of industries and regions, business negotiations, and signing ceremonies for investment agreements.

Earlier, it was reported that Saida Mirziyoyeva met with U.S. Deputy Secretary of Commerce David Vogel. The sides discussed expanding cooperation in trade, investment, and implementing new joint projects.
