The day before, a video circulated on social media showing a car speeding through narrow streets before the driver lost control and hit a wall. Posts claimed the driver was a minor.

Later, the Road Safety Service commented on the incident. According to the agency, the accident occurred in the Fergana region. The driver was a seventh-grade student who took his father's unattended car without permission and drove onto the streets.

No one was injured in the crash. An investigation is currently underway to determine the circumstances.

Earlier, it was reported that a schoolboy in Kokand caused a fatal accident while driving a Malibu, hitting three girls, one of whom later died in the hospital.
