Tashkent, Uzbekistan – Podrobno.uz. In June, five Uzbek citizens who found themselves in difficult circumstances in Kazakhstan were returned home with the assistance of the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Aktau and the Migration Agency.

According to the Dunyo news agency, those who received help include seriously ill individuals, people facing financial hardship, and a single mother with children struggling financially.

Consulate staff organized their return. Repatriation costs were covered by the Migration Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan.

Previously, six Uzbek citizens who were in severe material and social distress in Bulgaria returned home. That repatriation was also arranged by the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Istanbul and the Migration Agency.
