For comparison, gasoline costs $0.687 per liter in Kazakhstan, $1.016 in Kyrgyzstan, $0.940 in Russia, $0.942 in Belarus, and $0.676 in Azerbaijan. Turkmenistan has the lowest price in the region at $0.43 per liter.
The cheapest gasoline globally is found in Libya ($0.02), Iran ($0.03), and Venezuela ($0.04). The most expensive are in Hong Kong ($4.06), Malawi ($3.23), and Denmark ($2.60).
Uzbekistan's gasoline prices remain among the highest in Central Asia, though still below the world average. The data highlights significant regional disparities in fuel costs.
