A presidential decree titled “On measures to improve public services for the population and create additional conveniences for citizens” has been adopted in Uzbekistan.

Starting October 1, 2026, the Unified Interactive State Services Portal will introduce new services enabling citizens to control their personal data.

Individuals and legal entities will be able to impose a ban on the alienation, pledge, or mortgage of real estate and motor vehicles owned by them, as well as cancel such a ban.

Citizens will gain access to information about phone numbers and bank cards registered in their name, along with management capabilities.

Services include suspending (activating) a phone number for a specified period, terminating service for unused numbers, and obtaining information about paid services linked to a phone number.

Additionally, users can submit applications to the issuer for blocking (closing) bank cards and receive automatic notifications via the portal when a new notarial act is registered in their name.
