A citizen of Uzbekistan, wanted internationally on charges of large-scale fraud, has been extradited from Poland, the Interpol National Central Bureau in Uzbekistan reported.

The handover of the wanted individual to representatives of Uzbekistan's Interpol bureau took place at Warsaw Airport.

Using Interpol channels, the cross-border movements of the wanted citizen were identified, leading to his arrest on Polish territory.

The man was handed over to Uzbek law enforcement officers to face prosecution.
