Octobank has launched mortgage and auto loan programs for individuals. The bank introduced three products: "Mortgage" for home purchases, "Auto Loan 1.0" for new cars, and "Auto Loan 2.0" for used cars.

"We are consistently expanding Octobank's capabilities for clients, responding to their key financial needs. The launch of mortgages and auto loans is an important stage in the development of our retail line, which will support clients in achieving goals such as buying their own home or car," the bank's press service said.

The mortgage is available for purchasing apartments in new buildings, secondary market housing, and land plots for construction. For participants of Octobank's salary project and employees of corporate clients, a promotional rate starting at 18% per annum is valid until December 31, 2026.
