In the Yunusabad district of Tashkent, an illegal fence and structures on the territory of one of the schools have been dismantled. Earlier, part of the school plot was leased to a private company and fenced off, restricting access to the area.

The violation was identified during inspections of the legality of land use on the territories of schools, playgrounds, and sports facilities. Earlier, the head of the Presidential Administration, Saida Mirziyoyeva, instructed the Prosecutor General's Office to study such cases in the capital.

It turned out that out of 19,000 square meters of school territory, about 4,000 square meters were transferred to the company Asian School under contracts concluded in 2024–2025. After that, the site was fenced, causing inconvenience for students and residents of the area.

Following the review, the illegal fence and structures were dismantled. The freed territory was put in order and returned to the school's disposal.

Recall that in Tashkent, a criminal case was opened after an attempt to build a business center on the site of children's and sports grounds in the mahalla 'Lolazor' in the Mirabad district. The alleged actual head of the developer company was detained in the case.
