In the first half of this year, Uzbekistan's gross domestic product (GDP) per capita amounted to 27.95 million soums. In real terms, the indicator grew by 6.6% compared to the same period last year.

According to the National Statistics Committee, this figure has been increasing annually over the past five years. In the first half of 2022, GDP per capita was 12.46 million soums, in 2023 – 14.58 million, in 2024 – 18.13 million, and in 2025 – 23.89 million soums.

Thus, in nominal terms, the indicator has more than doubled over four years. It was also noted that real growth over the past year, taking into account price changes, amounted to 6.6%.

Earlier it was reported that Uzbekistan's economy grew by 8.5% in the first half of 2026. Growth was supported by consumer demand, investments, and the services sector.
