Amid increasing scrutiny from regulatory and tax authorities regarding digital income legalization, the advertising market in Uzbekistan is reportedly experiencing a significant shift toward structured and transparent operations. While a substantial portion of ad spending supposedly still flows through informal peer-to-peer transfers and messaging app chats, specialized tech solutions are attempting to formalize the sector.

The local B2B platform Blogix claims to have scaled its operations notably, reporting that the number of verified advertising spaces in its database surpassed 1,500 by October, encompassing channels across Telegram, Instagram, and YouTube. Since its inception, the platform has allegedly facilitated over 1,200 ad campaigns, with 46 major brands utilizing the service and a claimed repeat customer rate of 89 percent.

This reported stability has allegedly caught the attention of venture capital investors, resulting in a $120,000 funding agreement with AloqaVentures. Project head Shakhzod Abduraimov purportedly stated that the fresh capital will be funneled into technological enhancements and a subsequent expansion strategy targeting the broader Central Asian regional markets. The platform has also integrated artificial intelligence tools designed to automate channel selection based on client budgets and campaign specifications.

Industry proponents highlight the efficiency of automated bulk placements, citing instances where marketing agencies reached hundreds of channels within a single day. Furthermore, the platform incorporates a secure escrow-style transaction mechanism and digital document integration to streamline corporate invoicing and tax compliance for independent content creators and channel administrators.
