According to reports from Tashkent, SAFE Service has officially refuted social media claims regarding an alleged breach and leak of personal data belonging to users of the SafeRoad application. Earlier, various online platforms circulated alarming reports suggesting that databases of several popular services operating in Uzbekistan had been compromised.

In its official statement, the company claimed that the distributed data was supposedly gathered from miscellaneous third-party sources long before the application was officially launched and has no connection to their systems. Furthermore, management insisted that user information is protected in full compliance with local regulatory requirements.

The company is currently collaborating with authorized state agencies regarding the dissemination of what it describes as false information. Industry analysts point out that such incidents highlight ongoing vulnerabilities and public apprehension surrounding digital privacy standards.

Previously, reports emerged claiming that databases for services including SafeRoad, inDrive, Lada Auto, KiwiTaxi, and Fargo might have been leaked. Digital technology expert Shukhrat Kurbanov reportedly verified the circulating files and discovered his own personal records, including his PINFL, residential address, and vehicle registration details.
