A fire broke out in a warehouse building located along the Tashkent Ring Road in the Yashnobod district of Tashkent, according to the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Videos circulating on social media showed thick black smoke billowing from the building. The fire reportedly occurred near the Gumbaz construction materials market in the Kuylyuk area.

The report of the fire was received at 5:05 PM on April 29. Rescue crews arrived at the scene at 5:08 PM and began extinguishing the fire.

The fire was contained by 5:30 PM and fully extinguished by 5:47 PM. The Ministry of Emergency Situations stated that the situation is under control.

No casualties or injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
