Unstable weather conditions will persist in central and eastern regions of Uzbekistan on Monday afternoon, according to Uzgidromet.

In Tashkent, Samarkand, Jizzakh, Syrdarya, and Fergana Valley regions, brief rain showers and thunderstorms are expected in some areas during the second half of the day.

Air temperatures will range from +23°C to +26°C. In northern, southern, and desert areas, no precipitation is forecast, with temperatures rising to +27°C…+32°C.

From May 5-7, most of Uzbekistan will see no precipitation, except for the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm region, where brief rain is possible. From May 5-8, temperatures will gradually rise: nights +17°C…+20°C, days +32°C…+35°C, and up to +38°C in the south.

On May 8, brief rain is possible in some areas of the republic, excluding southern and eastern regions.

On May 6-7, in windy and desert areas, and on May 8 across the republic, wind speeds may increase to 13-18 m/s, accompanied by dust storms in some places.

In foothill and mountainous areas, brief rain and thunderstorms are expected on May 4-5 and May 8. Mudflow events are possible on May 4.

In Tashkent, no precipitation is expected. Monday daytime temperatures will be +24°C…+26°C, gradually rising to +30°C…+35°C from May 5-8. Easterly winds at 3-8 m/s, with gusts up to 10-12 m/s on May 8, possibly accompanied by dust storms.
