President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has signed a decree awarding the Medal of Courage posthumously to Junior Sergeant Khasilbek Beknazarovich Eshnazarov. The award recognizes his dedicated service in internal affairs, efforts to combat crime, ensure public safety, and prevent road traffic accidents.

Khasilbek Eshnazarov was a traffic police inspector in Tashkent who died after being struck by a BMW M4 car driven by a minor. A 16-year-old school student is suspected of car theft and intentional infliction of serious bodily harm in the incident.
