Temporary power supply interruptions have been recorded in the Almazar district of the capital, Tashkent. The outage was caused by an accident at the Vystavochnaya substation.

According to official data, the following were left without electricity: 6,200 households; 807 legal consumers; 18 social facilities and student dormitories.

The temporary outage zone included the following mahallas: Kuyosh, Orzu, Universitet, Ziyo, Zamondosh, Alon, Chustiy, Chigatay Darvoza and Ziyokor.

Currently, a special team is working at the scene to eliminate the consequences of the accident and restore the networks. Power supply will be restored in stages as repair work is completed.
