The Bunyodkor Stadium in Tashkent has been completely disconnected from the power supply due to outstanding debt. The facility has been without electricity since September 4, according to the Professional Football League of Uzbekistan (PFL).
As a result of the disconnection, the PFL office located on the stadium grounds has temporarily switched to remote work. The league's servers were completely without power, which affected the quality of broadcasts of Super League and Pro League matches, as well as internet streams.
Currently, the PFL is forced to use external servers to receive and transmit television signals from matches. Organizations and citizens have been asked to temporarily send inquiries to the league via email.
Earlier, it was reported that employees of the Bunyodkor Stadium had their salary arrears paid in the amount of 867 million soums. After the intervention of the State Labor Inspectorate, 49 workers received their payments.
