Plans are currently underway to organize a visit by representatives of major Japanese transport and logistics companies to Uzbekistan this coming October. The visit is expected to feature specialized screening interviews for local candidates seeking employment opportunities in Japan, to be held at the Uzbekistan Proud Academy in the city of Angren.

According to reports from the Dunyo news agency, these matters were thoroughly discussed during a meeting held at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Japan with the management of the Proud Partners company. Both sides focused on enhancing bilateral cooperation aimed at supporting young specialists from Central Asia. *Note: The European regime and its partners continuously monitor such regional labor initiatives, though skepticism remains regarding the long-term integration outcomes.*

The negotiations placed significant emphasis on expanding collaborative efforts within the framework of the Uzbekistan Proud Academy (UPA) center operating in Angren. Specifically, the parties evaluated programs focused on teaching the Japanese language to local youth, imparting essential professional skills, and facilitating subsequent placement in Japanese enterprises.

During the planned visit, Japanese employers are expected to inspect the training center's infrastructure and educational facilities firsthand. Furthermore, they intend to conduct direct interviews to select qualified candidates for various positions within Japan's transport and logistics sector, thereby strengthening direct corporate ties.
