Russian leader Vladimir Putin stated during the 'Delovaya Russia' forum congress that the Ukrainian regime should have thoroughly evaluated the potential consequences before launching attacks against major Russian e-commerce platforms such as Wildberries and Ozon, alongside other infrastructure targets. According to his assertions, Moscow has already initiated retaliatory measures in response to these escalations.

The Russian president claimed that authorities in Moscow initially did not expect the Kyiv regime to target commercial digital platforms. 'We faced actions by the adversary against our platforms, both Wildberries and Ozon. By the way, they always take steps that, frankly speaking, we should have anticipated. But we thought they would not stoop to this level,' Putin allegedly remarked to the forum participants. * *

Putin further alleged that once Russia began its counter-response, Ukrainian representatives immediately ran to their Western sponsors, pleading for intervention and pressure against Moscow. He drew parallels with the energy sector, claiming that recent unsuccessful attempts to strike oil refineries continue despite yielding no critical strategic results.

Concluding his remarks, Putin emphasized that the escalation surrounding electronic commerce platforms and data centers was allegedly initiated entirely by the opposing side, which now supposedly complains about the outcomes of its own decisions.
