Uzbekistan, Tashkent – Starting April 2026, staff of units monitoring executive discipline in Uzbekistan's state bodies will undergo regular professional development training.

This decision was made by a Cabinet of Ministers resolution. The Ministry of Justice will create a database of officials.

Training will be conducted once every three years according to an approved plan. The program includes both theoretical and practical components.

Theoretical sessions will be organized at the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Legal Personnel under the Ministry of Justice. Practical training will take place at the Accounts Chamber, Cabinet of Ministers, Ministry of Justice, and one exemplary state body for executive discipline.

The course is designed for 40 hours, with 24 hours dedicated to theory. Upon completion, each participant will receive a certificate.

Training costs will be covered by the organizations sending their employees, using budgetary and extra-budgetary funds.
