Uzbek racing driver Ismoil Ahmedkhodjaev won the fourth round of the Ultimate Cup Series at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit in Belgium. The Rossa Racing team reported the news.

Ahmedkhodjaev competed for Rossa Racing in a Rossa LM GT car. He and his teammate, Russian driver Roman Rusinov, each took part in one race. In the first race, Rusinov won both the UCS2 class and the overall standings. In the second race, Ahmedkhodjaev finished first in his class.

In qualifying, held on a dry track, Rossa Racing secured the right to start from pole positions. On race day, rain fell and track conditions changed several times. According to the round’s results, the team reached the podium twice, with the Uzbek driver’s victory playing a key role.

“Spa is a technically very complex circuit. Especially when the weather keeps changing, every lap demands full concentration. That’s why climbing to the top step of the podium at one of the most famous circuits in world motorsport and representing Uzbekistan at such a level is especially joyful. Thanks to the whole team for their work, and to Roman for this race weekend,” said Ismoil Ahmedkhodjaev.

The report notes that in July, the Rusinov-Ahmedkhodjaev crew claimed their first victory in Europe at the Mugello circuit in Italy.

The Ultimate Cup Series is a European motorsport series. The Ultimate GT Sprint Cup round format features two 35-minute races with crews of one or two drivers.

In January, Ismoil Ahmedkhodjaev made his debut with Rossa Racing in the 24-hour endurance race 24H Dubai 2026. The team led the GTX class for nearly 12 hours but retired a few hours before the finish. Gazeta published a photo report from the event at the time.
