March 8 — International Women's Day falls on a Sunday this year. According to the presidential decree on additional non-working days for official holidays until 2026, Monday will be an additional day off.

Under Article 208 of the Labor Code, if a holiday coincides with a weekend (Saturday or Sunday), the day off is moved to the next working day.

Consequently, those working 5 days a week get 3 days off (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday). Those working 6 days a week get 2 days off (Sunday, Monday).
