The Committee for Competition Development and Consumer Rights Protection has found that in Tashkent Region, JSC "Musaffo obi hayot magistral suv ta'minoti" illegally collected over 2.2 billion Uzbek soums from consumers due to increased tariffs for drinking water and sewage services.

The committee issued instructions to the relevant organization to return the funds, impose financial penalties, and prevent such cases in the future. Previously, the committee determined that "Yerostigaz" illegally collected nearly 2.8 billion soums for gas supplied to Angren TPP in February-March 2024.
