Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the country will soon be technically ready to open all six negotiation clusters for accession to the European Union. Responding to journalists, he said, "We are ready, but not all European Union leaders are ready. You know who is blocking."

Zelenskyy emphasized that Ukraine plans to be technically prepared for full EU membership by 2027. He also highlighted the need to set a specific date for the country's EU accession within a peace plan comprising 20 points.

The president noted that Russia will attempt to obstruct Ukraine's European integration through individual EU members, particularly Hungary. EU accession negotiations for new countries are divided into 35 chapters, with 33 of them grouped into six thematic clusters.
