In the United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan's diplomats have assisted citizens unable to depart the country due to flight cancellations. Many faced severe difficulties, but all are now accommodated in hotels and are safe.

At Hyatt Place Dubai, 93 compatriots have been housed. This includes 61 individuals previously evicted from the same hotel and left without temporary shelter, plus 27 citizens evicted from Floria Hotel. Another 5 Uzbeks found homeless on city streets have also received safe accommodation.

Simultaneously, Hampton by Hilton Dubai has arranged lodging for 39 Uzbek citizens. In Abu Dhabi, four compatriots in dire social situations have been provided housing at AG Hotel Abu Dhabi. Their health and safety are under special supervision.

"Uzbekistan's diplomatic missions in the UAE, together with relevant structures, provide practical and organizational support, conduct constant monitoring, and respond promptly to every appeal," the statement said.

The embassy assured that efforts to protect citizens' rights and legal interests, as well as support them in challenging conditions, will continue.

Previously, diplomats assisted compatriots stranded at Hamad International Airport in Doha due to Qatar's temporary airspace closure.
