The Migration Agency of Uzbekistan, in cooperation with Japan's Proud Partners company, has announced a recruitment drive for 250 truck drivers to work in Japan. Candidates must hold a BC category driver's license.

The job positions are located in various regions of Japan, and the selection process will be conducted through online interviews. Applicants will be chosen from those who have submitted their resumes via the 'Xorijda ish' platform.

To participate, candidates must be between 21 and 35 years old, possess a BC category driver's license, and have at least three years of work experience with a C category license. Knowledge of the Japanese language is considered an advantage.

Selected individuals will undergo an eight-month free preparatory course in Angren, Tashkent region. The courses are scheduled to start after June 15, 2026. Participants will be provided with free dormitory accommodation.

According to the Migration Agency, monthly salaries for drivers in Japan range from $1,200 to $2,000, with potential for increase. Employees will also receive biannual bonuses and be offered shift work schedules.

The employer covers the costs of work visas, airfare, medical and social insurance. Accommodation is provided, but approximately $200 per month will be deducted for it. Meal expenses are to be covered by the employee.
