Uzbekistan is set to revise the content of school lessons called 'Hour of the Future'. The Senate of the Oliy Majlis adopted a resolution to this effect.
The goal is to make the lessons more practical and beneficial for students. The updated program aims to develop legal, financial, environmental, and digital literacy, as well as strengthen spiritual and moral education.
An action plan has been approved, and a working group comprising representatives from relevant state bodies and organizations has been established.
The program will be updated in key areas: career guidance, enhancing legal, financial, and digital literacy, promoting a healthy lifestyle, developing environmental culture and civic responsibility, as well as spiritual and moral education.
It is worth recalling that the previous academic year in Uzbekistan began with the 'Hour of the Future' lesson under the slogan 'For the Motherland, for the Nation, for the People!'.
