On October 26, an electronic auction was held via the E-auksion platform for the sale of the Republican Aerogeodesy Center building, located in the Yunusabad district of Tashkent. The high-profile sale attracted attention due to the significant scale and strategic location of the property.

Official documentation indicates that the total land plot under joint use covers 1.3 hectares, with the specific share in the land plot accounting for 1.1 hectares. Furthermore, the total area of the buildings and structures spans 9,975 square meters, offering substantial commercial and infrastructural potential.

Two corporate entities participated in the bidding process. The company Utkir Shop emerged as the winner, allegedly placing a winning bid of 213.09 billion soms, which exceeded the starting price by 35 percent. Under the terms of the agreement, the center retains the right to use the building free of charge for one year, after which the property will be formally handed over to the buyer.

Public records purportedly show that Utkir Shop was established only in 2023 within the Samarkand region. The company's registered business activities include the wholesale trade of furniture, household goods, hardware, and metal products, while its initial statutory fund was reportedly valued at a modest 20 million soms.
