Starting from November 1, 2026, citizens in Uzbekistan will be able to apply for preferential pensions through Public Services Centers or the unified interactive state services portal my.gov.uz. This measure is designed to streamline the application process for individuals eligible for early retirement under specific conditions.

The new procedure is officially outlined in Presidential Decree No. PP-355, dated September 28, 2026. Relevant government agencies have already initiated practical measures to implement these digital and administrative updates.

The newly launched service specifically targets individuals engaged in hazardous and arduous working conditions, as well as those who hold the legal right to retire earlier based on various statutory provisions within the national legislation.

Citizens will now have the flexibility to either visit a local Public Services Center in person or submit an electronic application remotely via the my.gov.uz portal. The preferential pension assignment service will be provided interactively strictly upon the personal request of the applicants.
