Over the course of a week, Roberto Di Pinto presented a signature menu for future residents and invited guests of TENET, based on modern Italian gastronomy, Neapolitan roots, and the chef's personal professional experience.
Roberto Di Pinto was born in Naples — a city that became the foundation of his gastronomic character and approach to cuisine. His journey began with studies at a hotel and restaurant school and his first jobs in small restaurants, pizzerias, and pastry shops in Naples. He later worked in Rome, Florence, London, and Paris, completed international internships in San Francisco and Bangkok, and from 2011 continued his career in Milan as executive chef at Bulgari Hotel Milano.
In 2018, Roberto opened his own restaurant, SINE by Di Pinto. The name SINE, Latin for 'without,' reflects the chef's philosophy: removing unnecessary barriers from haute cuisine and focusing on what matters — taste, hospitality, and the guest's experience. In November 2024, the restaurant earned its first Michelin star and has since retained that status.
For TENET, Roberto Di Pinto's visit was a continuation of the idea of cultural and gastronomic encounters that the company creates for its residents and close circle of guests. The closed dinner format allowed gastronomy to be presented not as a separate event, but as part of TENET's broader philosophy — attention to detail, a thoughtful guest experience, and special treatment for every invited guest.
Roberto Di Pinto noted that he resonates with TENET's approach: 'I am close to TENET's philosophy because here I feel the attention to the guest that is important to me in my restaurant. When someone comes to my dinner, it's not just the dish on the plate that matters. Everything matters: how they are welcomed, what they feel at the table, what mood they leave with, and what impression remains. I see the same attitude at TENET. The company continues to create special encounters, new impressions, and reasons for its clients to return to this place. This is very close to me. In gastronomy and architecture, true level is shown not in loud words, but in details, atmosphere, and respect for the person.'
The series of closed gastronomic encounters with Roberto Di Pinto became another example of how TENET develops relationships with future residents and guests through culture and intimate communication formats.
