Uzbek Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov met with UK Minister of State for Investment Lord Jason Stockwood in London. The key outcome was the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation in medical services.

The document establishes a foundation for expanding cooperation in healthcare and developing pharmaceutical production in Uzbekistan.

The sides also discussed opportunities to enhance bilateral cooperation in industry, energy, infrastructure, agriculture, critical minerals, and digital technologies.

Previously, Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev received UK Trade Envoy for Central Asia and Azerbaijan Lord John Olderdays, who was on a working visit to the country.
