Authorities in Uzbekistan have announced a comprehensive package of preferences for investors willing to channel over 50 million dollars into non-residential construction projects within the expanding New Tashkent development zone. The measures were reportedly unveiled during a site inspection conducted by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

Under the newly introduced framework, the state will purportedly cover all expenses associated with obtaining prestigious 'green construction' certificates, which validate that buildings meet international ecological standards. Additionally, unlike standard practices, investors will be exempt from the requirement to independently landscape 30 percent of their acquired plots, as the master plan commits the state to handling this greening initiative entirely.

Another critical support mechanism involves assigning a dedicated personal manager to each project exceeding the 50 million dollar threshold, ensuring continuous administrative accompaniment from inception through to the final commissioning of the facility. These support terms are to be formalized through dedicated investment agreements following a strict 'one project, one contract' principle.

Observers note that these incentives follow prior announcements regarding reduced infrastructure fees for commercial enterprises, intended to stimulate the rapid development of hotels, shopping centers, and tourism infrastructure in the burgeoning urban district.
